Sign up for an activity group and bring a friend to join in as well: all sessions 10 - 11.15am.
On Saturday 9th December Derby Music Centre will be ending the autumn term with some post-concert Christmassy music activities away from our usual rehearsals (no rehearsals on this day).
The Christmas Activity Day was brilliant fun last year and we're looking forward to repeating this again. We do need to know numbers, so don't forget to let Mel know that you would like to come.
Junior and Club members including satellite pupils from our partner primary schools are invited to join two of our brilliant conductors John and Jo for a festive session of musical games, handheld percussion, cups and sticks, and singing.
You do not need your instrument or any previous experience. This will be in the Hall at Derby Music Centre's venue Beaufort Community Primary School. We invite our Derby Music Centre members to bring a friend to join in as well (form to complete), wear a Christmas jumper, decorate yourself with tinsel, bring a drinks bottle and snack.
Intermediate and Senior players are invited to chose from Ukulele with Conor in the Dining Hall, or Christmas Handbells with Rachel in the room 2 both at the same time 10 - 11.15am. No previous experience required, we will provide all the instruments. Please sign up with Mel for the group you'd like to attend (info@derbymusiccentre.com)
Christmas jumpers not obligatory but welcome, plus tinsel, fun and seasonal cheer.
